About us

We build products, ventures and engage in partnerships with both well-known enterprises and investors. We're a small team based in Berlin, with a shared passion for venture-driven products. We create end-to-end digital products by engaging in product management, UX/UI design and software development. We work out of a sunny converted loft in Berlin, Kreuzberg.

The types of projects we engage in range from launching new ideas and supporting in getting first traction, to scaling products to increase user base to several thousand more.

What will keep you challenged

Work side by side with multiple stakeholders and co-founders
Develop design concepts and prototypes
Facilitate design workshops for products and services
Work with human-centric methods in a collaborative design process
Lead our Design team and use OKRs to set clear goals and objectives for our projects with clients
Take charge of, optimize, and continually improve our product design approach and process, from start to finish

What we are looking for

5+ years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience in a user-centric and business-driven environment
You collaborate cross-functionally with design, research, engineering, product management, and company leaders in an agile approach to take products from concept to launch
You understand customers by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data. You plan and conduct design research activities to advocate for the customer when making design decisions
